At Panache Hair Design, the positive connections and relationships we build with our clients is of the utmost importance to us. We strive to deliver only the highest quality of work, all within a welcoming and genuine atmosphere of stylists who value the clients they have and love the work they do.
About Us
SISTERS, STYLISTS, OWNERS
Owners Jeni Mastrony and Diana Cirillo grew up in Shelton, CT. They are both graduates from the National Academy of Hairdressing and love the profession they are in. Since first opening Panache in 1986, they credit their longevity to their staff's team approach and their focus on building -- and keeping -- appropriate relationships with clients.
With many clients being consistent customers for generations, Jeni and Diana know the importance of running a salon that is welcoming, stress-free, and genuine. They, and their stylists, aim for anyone who walks through their salon door to have a positive experience, and to leave with a smile and fabulous hair.
STAYING CURRENT & EDUCATED
The team at Panache realizes that continuing education is the foundation of success. We are always up on the latest and ever-changing trends in hair cutting, coloring, and formal styles, along with makeup and lash products and applications. Our stylists consistently train with our in-salon classes, as well as attending hair shows and academies throughout the region.
HIGH QUALITY PRODUCTS
We only use high end, industry quality products for all of our services. The same applies for all our products from our retail lines for sale in our salon.

2022
We celebrate 35 years of amazing clients, lots of hairstyles, and many more to come!
1987
Sisters, stylists, and current owners Jeni and Diana opened Panache's doors in Downtown Shelton, Connecticut.
2006
As our business grew, Panache moved to it's current residence on Bridgeport Ave in Shelton, Connecticut.
2012
We celebrated 25 years in business!
