Developing positive connections with our clients begins and ends with our receptionists. We believe the first interaction we should have with our clients is over the phone, not over a screen.
Our call-to-schedule system is invaluable to us, as we use this method to fully understand the wants and needs of the client, take notes, and answer any immediate questions.
